Delivery Time

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail and in the order summary in Your Account.

Calculating Cost

Shipping costs for orders from VipToolShop.com depend upon the method and option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns

You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by VipToolShop.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery may receive a partial refund.

If you need to return an item, you will need to submit a complete request with the item, invoice number, and reason for the return through our contact us page.
